That was our motivation to open a restaurant who honors the traditional style of Khmer cooking. We want to create an atmosphere which will remind you of home, with friendly service, clean ingredients and with dishes which can only be made better by your own mother! We want to be your first choice when you bring your whole family for a fine Khmer dining experience. We love Khmer food and are so happy to be able to enjoy together with you its beauty and greatness!

Sauber Restaurant and Café is your first address if you craving excellent Khmer food. Our chefs love to prepare your dish with the best local ingredients: always fresh and clean. It doesn’t matter if you want a great breakfast, tasty lunch, soul hugging dinner or something in between, we are here to take you back in time when you enjoyed dishes made by your mother. We are especially happy when whole families come and enjoy good food together.
Of course, you can also order online for eating in your office or at home or organize a meeting in our two separate rooms. Then you can not only enjoy the good food but also a wide variety of beverages.
